Project Guidebook is a thought-leadership publication Gardner Builders publishes periodically. The structure of the guide is flexible but typically includes industry trends, pricing for specific markets, and case studies. I worked closely with my team to create a publication that displayed the information clearly and graphically that would appeal to interior designers and brokers.
