Conor’s Sota Pop was started by a father and son with a mission: to employ a uniquely qualified workforce that includes people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their goal is to provide people with disabilities meaningful employment and a sense of pride while making popcorn to sell to consumers. I wanted to create a bright and playful packaging to reflect the client’s vision of a fun and engaging workplace for their future employees.
